"The hotel room was great! We didn't get the renovated room but that didn't matter. We had a nice view of the strip. The room is large with a big comfy bed and full size couch for lounging. We spent about 6 hours gambling and we had a lot of luck. At the end of the night we were only down $160, not bad. Plus we racked up points on our players card and got a ton of free play. The only problem we encountered was the lack of food options. It was around midnight when we went looking for food and everything was closed except for Tender Crush. We got 2 chicken sandwiches and waffle fries and the cost was $59! Then in the morning we went to the only breakfast option which was Hash House, I got the bacon waffle and my boyfriend got the basic 2 egg breakfast, we both got coffee and the cost was $58. Being a local it's hard to pay that amount for 2 pretty basic meals. After breakfast we spent the day at the pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Again the prices were too high. We paid $30 for 1 drink, that's insane! Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we will probably stay at the Rio again. However, locals deals would be nice."
